Characterised by its use of natural - and often floral – botanicals, the brand’s London Dry Gin balances delicately sweet honeysuckle with calming chamomile, while pomelo rounds things off with its crisp, citrus notes.

Quarter three strawberries and add them to a balloon glass before pouring 50ml BLOOM London Dry Gin over ice. Top with a premium tonic water and voila!
